At Kalvoriq S.A.S. ("Kalvoriq", "we") we take care of the personal information we receive through kalvoriq.com. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, on what legal basis, with whom we share it and what rights you can exercise under Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and its complementary regulations.

2. Data we collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your name and email address. When you browse the site, we may collect technical data such as truncated IP address, device type, operating system, browser, pages visited and time spent, all through cookies and similar technologies detailed in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) send you communications about real estate crowdlending in Argentina, site updates and informational content; (ii) measure the use of the site and improve its content; (iii) comply with applicable legal obligations; (iv) respond to enquiries you send us.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when completing the newsletter form and accepting the corresponding cookies, and on Kalvoriq's legitimate interest in operating and improving the site. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

We keep newsletter data while your subscription is active and, after unsubscribing, during the applicable legal periods. Technical data linked to cookies are kept according to the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your data. We may share it with providers of email delivery services, web hosting and traffic analytics, all bound by agreements requiring adequate levels of security and confidentiality.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proved (Article 14, paragraph 3, Law No. 25,326). The Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, has the authority to hear complaints and claims filed by those whose rights have been affected by non-compliance with data protection regulations.
